Shipping and handling
I have over $30 in my basket, why isn't my free shipping calculating?
Shipping is calculated at the checkout. You must enter your details for the shipping to be calculated, and if your order is over $30* it will give you the option to select Free Shipping.
*If using a discount code, to qualify for free shipping, your order total after applying the discount needs to be over $30.
If I don’t spend $30, what are my shipping options?
Shipping is calculated by weight. You must enter your details at the checkout to calculate the shipping. All items are shipped with Australia Post. You will be provided with options of Parcel Post or Express Post.
When will my order be sent?
Please be aware that our shop is run by our fantastic volunteers and your order will be dispatched within 7 business days. You will receive an email notification with the tracking number, when your items have been collected from our warehouse by Australia Post.
We will endeavor to get your parcel out as soon as possible, but please note that Australia Post are currently experiencing delivery delays due to a high volume of parcels in their network. Please refer to Australia Post website for more information regarding any delays.
How can I track my parcel?
When you parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification that includes the Australia Post tracking number.

All our second hand books are donated to us. We aim to upload as wide a variety as we can, with new titles added daily. Please continue to check back with us for any titles that may interest you in specific genres.
Refunds and Exchanges
We do not offer a refund or exchange for change of mind. You are entitled to a refund if the book is faulty or not as described.
If we are unable to fulfill your order, a refund will be given.
How do I apply your current discount code to my order?
Discount codes are applied at check out. Please type this in where ‘Discount code or gift card’ appears.
How should you handle second-hand goods during the Covid-19?
According to the World Health Organisation, it is not certain how long the Covid-19 virus can survive on surfaces. Studies of other coronaviruses suggest that depending on the type of surface, it may persist for a few hours or up to several days. So, we recommend you wipe down books with a disinfectant solution before using.
